These terms cover this website and the booking requests sent through it. They apply when you browse the site or ask our team to arrange an activity.
Who we are

Using this site
The site lists activities run by local operators, with the facts, prices and conditions we have confirmed for each. Details can change at short notice. If something on a page matters to your decision, confirm it with our team before you book.
Requests, not reservations
No booking is made on this site. The form prepares a WhatsApp message, and sending it starts a conversation. A booking exists only when our team confirms availability, the final total and the payment arrangement in chat. Until then, nothing is reserved and nothing is owed.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indonesian rupiah, per person or per vehicle as the activity page states. Pickup outside an included area and optional extras can change the total. The form shows an estimate; the confirmed amount comes from our team before payment. This site takes no payment and collects no card details.
The operator's role
The activity is run by the operator named on its page. The operator sets the route, schedule, safety rules and equipment, and makes the final call on the day. Where an operator's own terms differ from these, the operator's terms apply to the activity itself.
Safety and eligibility
Tell us the ages, health conditions and access needs of everyone in your group before the booking is confirmed. Operators apply their own age, height and weight limits, and can refuse participation when the conditions are not met. Follow the guide's instructions and do not take part while impaired by alcohol or drugs. Insurance, where an activity lists it, comes from the operator and is subject to their terms and eligibility checks.
Cancellations and changes
The Cancellation Policy sets the notice periods and the rules for each activity. Weather, sea conditions and harbour traffic can change a route or the order of a day. The operator decides on the spot, and our team tells you when your booking is affected.
Liability
We take care with the information we publish and with the arrangements we confirm. The operator is responsible for running the activity safely. To the extent Indonesian law allows, Bali Wander is not liable for loss, injury or delay caused by the operator, by conditions on the day, or by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indonesian law.
Intellectual property
The text, layout and own photography on this site belong to Bali Wander. Operator names, logos and supplied activity photographs remain their owners' property and appear here to describe the activity. Do not reuse site content for commercial purposes without asking us first.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms when the service or an operator's conditions change. The date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means the new version applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. If a disagreement arises, contact us first; we will try to resolve it in good faith. Disputes that cannot be resolved belong to the courts of Bali.
