Is Mount Batur suitable for beginners?
Beginners with reasonable fitness can join, but this is a moderate uphill hike. Allow 1.5-2 hours walking up and 1.5-2 hours walking down. Participants must be aged 10 or older.
How long is the hike?
Walking takes about 3-4 hours: 1.5-2 hours uphill and 1.5-2 hours downhill. This excludes briefing, rest stops, sunrise, breakfast and hotel transfers.
Is hotel pickup included in the price?
Yes. The price is per person and includes round-trip hotel transfers: Ubud IDR 500,000; Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu or Sanur IDR 700,000; Nusa Dua or Jimbaran IDR 900,000. The total is your area price multiplied by the number of guests.
