Age & insurance
Participants aged 5-65 are covered by the operator's insurance during the activity.
Extra support
Extra support is available for guests under 5 or over 65. Contact us before booking to confirm arrangements with the operator.
Health & fitness
Rafting can be physically demanding. The operator recommends that guests with injuries consider another activity.
Participant requirements
Minimum height 120 cm; maximum weight 120 kg. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
On the river
  • Trips are led by certified river guides. All participants must follow their guide's safety instructions.
  • Life jackets and helmets are provided and must be worn by every guest.

How do I book Surya Bintang rafting?

Choose your package, date, start time, guest count and pickup option in the booking form. Continue to add your contact details, then send the prepared request on WhatsApp. Our team will confirm availability and your booking in chat.

When do I pay for my rafting trip?

Pay at the activity. Send your request on WhatsApp first so our team can confirm availability, your chosen package and the total before your visit.

Can I book Shared rafting for one person?

Yes. Shared rafting is available from 1 guest, and you share a raft with other guests. Private rafting requires a minimum of 2 guests.

How long is the rafting experience?

The route covers 10 km of the Ayung River, with about 2 hours on the water. Allow additional time for check-in, the safety briefing, changing and lunch. Exact timings for your session will be confirmed in chat.
